Any person, firm, or corporation who is found in violation of any provision of this ordinance shall be notified in writing by the zoning administrator of said violation by certified mail, citing alleged violation by article and section of this ordinance. After being notified, if the violation has not been corrected or provision has been made with the zoning administrator to correct said violation within fifteen (15) calendar days of the postmark date on the certified letter, the owner of the property on which said violation exists, whether it be a person, firm, or corporation shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, punished by a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each day that the violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense. |
